Location is great, just outside on edge of resort. Very short and pleasant walk to main street with shops and food outlets. Plenty of space at and around property. Very good wifi.

The property we rented was in a peaceful and pleasant small complex of villas with a moderately sized clean swimming pool. Pool was big enough and warm enough (late September). Accommodation is clean and spacious with good facilities: fridge, washing machine, air con, TV (we used Netflix), dish washer, hob, oven, overhead tropical fan. Spacious covered terrace with barbecue if wanted. Large indoor and outdoor tables , good for al fresco breakfasts
Easy level walk to good beach. (About 6 minutes) and the lively Marina.
One supermarket next door, another is mere 100 yards away.
Bus stop in front of complex was big bonus for cheap access to the charming city of Ciutadella.
Owner was easy to contact and was present for arrival and departure. Very pleasant to deal with.

The old lock on front door malfunctioned & our hosts responded within 5 mins. The lock was adjusted to ease opening. But a locksmith replaced it next day. Very impressed. Plus as we were arriving late evening. The host did a shop for us which we paid for & was there when we arrived.
A lovely beach with a bar was less than 5 mins walk. A fabulous local restaurant & bar 3 mins walk.Caleta beach, restaurants & supermarket 12 mins walk. Cidadel 45 mins walk along coast & a €3.80 bus ride back. Magic!

The villa is modern and stylish and the pool is fantastic. The location to the beach is fabulous and there are a couple of local bars plus the bus stop outside.
We were allowed to check in earlier than expected via a keybox. The pool was nice and had sunbeds around it for use. The property had a nice patio area and large balcony. Air con was on the ground floor and main bedroom only. The Villa was as described but a bit tired looking, particularly the kitchen. Great location though, and clean.
The villa was absolutely amazing, perfect for a family holiday! Very well equipped and super clean. The pool and outside spaces are beautiful

Booked 2 villas for a group of friends. Great location, good pools and good size apartments, but the villas are both lacking in facilities. For example, in one villa, the microwave didn't work, in another, the kettle didn't work. There was no toilet paper at all when we arrived, so it was lucky that the supermarket was just a few minutes walk away. The supermarket is VERY convenient and has everything you need for dinners and breakfast. Cala n' Blanes beach is just over 5minutes walk away.
Location, pool,facilities. The villa was exactly as described and was ideal for a family. Not overlooked and last one of 6 villas having a corner position enjoying sun from sunrise to sunset
The villa had everything we needed - so much space and it was spotlessly clean, and our host left a really kind welcome package of milk, things to make sandwiches, and a bottle of wine. All so appreciated after a long, delayed flight! The pool was such a luxury and the view/expanse of grassland out the back of the villa was beautiful. We saw lots of birds including a hoopoe and an Egyptian vulture!
