Communication was great prior to check in and after. Check in was easy. If you have never used a remote online unlocking device they help you understand the process. They are very responsive. I would highly recommend if you have a large crowd. We needed someplace central to Logronio and Laguardia. This was a perfect spot and provided enough beds (although not the best comfort). No internet so a good way to get off the grid. The host was awesome and when we wanted to make some Paella one night, he provided all of the cooking tools!! This was above and beyond!! Very much appreciated it.
