We had a wonderful stay at Ca Na Rosa, everything either met or exceeded our expectations. The villa and gardens are well kept and to a very high standard. Both inside and outside the villa was spotlessly clean. The kitchen was well equipped and although we struggled to use the oven at first, the owners were very quick to respond and tell us how! The pool is beautiful and surrounded by seating areas which meant we could all be together to play games, eat, swim and sunbathe. The property came with 4 bikes which we used most days to explore the area or simply gather groceries. The beach is a very short walk and from there is a lovely beachside walk to the port for evening meals or drinks. The communication with the host was easy and smooth from booking to checking in and then to us checking out. Rosa and her daughter were very helpful, even accommodating our very early departure time! A lovely bowl of fresh fruit was a welcome arrival gift too. The villa is in a quiet residential area yet is close to all the amenities and has excellent transport links to other areas to explore and the airport is only one bus ride away. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed are stay at Ca Na Rosa and would definitely return. I wish we could take the villa with us to all our future holidays!

This property was beyond amazing and Pedro, the owner is a complete star, nothing was too much trouble, the advice on the best beaches and restaurants made the holiday, or we could have just gone to the usual tourist places. My little girl of 3 is autistic and the chickens made her stay, we fed them every day and fresh eggs from Pedro. The evenings when the girls went to bed were the holiday for me any my partner having a barbeque every night and perfect quiet. We have already booked for next year

The villa is in a great location, within walking distance of beaches and restaurants. The balconies are a highlight, with spectacular sea views and plenty of space for eating or sitting outside. There was plenty of space, and the beds were comfortable. Plenty of on street parking if you have more than one car. The villa was clean on arrival and all equipment was in working order (wifi, kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, hot water etc) although some appliances were a little dated e.g. oven, TV.
The host was also very responsive - overall a great villa.

The pool was perfect and a great size for what we needed. The local beach is beautiful too. The villas was lovely, it had everything we needed and the welcome basket of food was great too. The owners were so welcoming and great with advice about where to go for beaches and eating out.
Superb outdoor areas and good sized pool were perfect for a relaxing week. Indoors (we spent little time here as the weather was so good) were also very comfortable, particularly the lounge with large sofas. The villa is very secluded, there are a couple of nearby villas but we saw very few of our neighbours (apart from the sheep in the field below us) during our stay.
Amazing location - quiet, calm part of the area, very close to a beautiful beach. Note that it's a 25-30-minute walk to Alcudia Center/Old Town, but the road is pleasant even in the hot weather. We had a ground floor room in one of the blocks, and it felt like we were in a private villa. There was a great selection of foods both at the breakfast and dinner buffets, and most of it was delicious. Staff in general is very polite and friendly, and the option to loan beach umbrellas from the hotel was absolutely a bonus.
The Villa and pool area was clean but very basic, not luxurious. Air con worked well. The Villa was also set back into a more quiet residential area but still within walking distance to supermarkets / shops / bars / restaurants and the beach. Port D’alcuida was also a short taxi ride away (10 euros)
The location is great, although it is far away - around 3km, from the citi centre, it is located in peaceful district, with the view on the bay, in the area of villas, Spar is 5min walking distance and there is a bus stop located very close to the house that goes to the centre. House has all the required equipmnent needed to cook the food. It has a big table ane chairs where you can take a rest in the evening. The furniture is a oldfashioned but it is clearly visible in the pictures so no issue with that.
