The location is perfect with enough parking space, and it's easy to get to the lake by foot! Cleanliness of the place is okay. However, kitchen facilities were quite a challenge, but it didn't affect the overall experience of our little holiday. The hosts were extremely kind and welcoming, and made us a delicious home cooked breakfast and bedouin tea. They couldn't do enough to make us welcome. The house itself is really pretty with a beautiful garden with seating and a huge carpeted and shaded outdoor area with rugs and cushions to sit on. We loved this space to relax and eat. The house is quirky and furnished in a bedoiun style. The bedrooms are a good size and comfortable. It is just off the main road and a short walk to Tunis village. It has a beautiful view of the lake, which is also a short walk away.

Cozy family home, nice hosting family, only with some missing things in the triple room. They were open to my suggestions and promised to address them for my upcoming stay. Overall, Tunis village is a secluded village and I liked it a lot.
the hosts were superb! super friendly, punctual and accommodated all our needs, starting from extra bed, to providing a super breakfast as well as helping with setting up a fire pit outdoors and organised a day activity for us into the desert. Overall a super experience in Fayoum and would definitely recommend the villa.
Lovely place run by a very welcoming family. It has 3 rooms looking over a garden with a pottery workshop. You can take pottery classes there which is what we did. Highly recommended. Quite place in tunis village!
I went with my family, first of all The location is amazing just two minutes away from all the attractions points in Tunis village, the rooms are great value against price ,clean and wide, the staff are super nice you will live the experience of being hosted by one big nice family they will help you in anything you would need during the trip ….. i recommend this stay for families and also groups …..

We liked everything about the place. We were amazed by the place and very well trained staff. Hospitality there was better than other hotels in Europe. Food is also amazing, very tasty, and the quantity was more than enough. The room was a luxurious sweet with a wonderful view. Very clean and well maintained. The swimming pool, gaming room, and other facilities were amazing. I really do recommend this place, and we would definitely come back. Thanks for everything 😀
Beautiful rooms between breathtaking greenery and landscape. The perfect place for calming down and taking a break from the big city, especially for couples. You can always find a private place to spend some time at the resort and it is not crowded at all. Tunis Village is right Next to Hotel, where we explored nice pottery places.
The staff was more than friendly and professional and made us feel welcomed and comfortable.
I wanna point out the delicious breakfast with a variety of local and international foods. We will come back for sure.
The cleanliness of the place and facilities plus the welcoming feeling from everyone within the resort. It is very distinct and worth the visit. Assisted us with the safari trip, which was fantastic. Needed more guidance and maybe little tours around Tunis village. But overall was very exceptional and we enjoyed the resort as adults and kids.
The staff were so accommodating and looked after our every need so quickly.
The breakfast was simply amazing, both the continental and Egyptian options.
It's a lovely peaceful place just five minutes walk into the 'centre' of Tunis Village.
