We were happy to be the first guests! You can they tell are doing everything to make it cozy and accommodating. It is not in a tourist area which is nice and quiet and is a short tuk tuk ride to town and a 2 minute walk to the Nile river. They arranged airport transfer for us and we were offered a nice welcome drink (non alcoholic) on arrival even though it was very late at night. It was great having the whole villa to ourselves with a private pool! It would be a great place for families to come. There was even a delicious free breakfast freshly prepared for us each morning. Eslam was a fantastic host!! Very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. He even took us around on his private boat to Nubia and the botanical gardens and recommended the best restaurant, King Jamaica. Eslam when you come to California you have a place to stay! Overall it was a great value for the price. We recommend!

The space of the facility, the bed mattresses, the A/C, the roof and the exceptional hospitality by the staff. Fahd was very helpful, polite, available all the time for any issue or help in providing F&B, maintenance, limousine booking and any information about the city and its attractions. So I would like to thank him very much for his exceptional attitude 😁

Nothing to like. The owner didn't let me sleep in the morning. The bathroom very bad. The hotel is cheep and very bad condition. The balcony door are broken. Notes everywhere that you should save the electricity. You bathroom door should be close all the time. The bare using a really old sheets on the bad. I I prepaid for 2 nights, and have time live after the first one. Lost money for the second night. But the hotel next to this one....has better price and better comfort.

This hotel is in the Nubian Village at Aswan, which is a treat in itself. Very colorful, people are friendly. Food at their restaurant is tasty and plentiful. Right on the river.

Loved our stay at Kendaka. We also organised transport and tours which were very good. The owner made you feel very welcome and genuinely like family. The food was excellent. Pictures of the rooms, don't do them justice. The beds are comfy, good size and excellent Aircon. Fantastic location as just a 1 minute walk from the heart of the Nubian Village. We loved our stay and would recommend to anyone wanting an authentic, comfortable stay with excellent food.

The hotel was beautiful and modern, located on the quiet Elephante island. It has very clean, light, cool rooms. A great terrace where excellent breakfast is served, as well as lunch or diner if you want. Very hospitable staff, truly wonderful people. They also offer good service with excursions to Abu Simbel, or felucca tours. There are very good restaurants very closeby (King Jamaica, Bob Marley. The food there is worth waiting for 35-60 minutes). This hotel is also a great introduction to the Nubian village.

The staff is amazing and so helpful. They even showed us around like a private tour to discover Nubian village. The location and the Nile view is a big plus. Nice breakfast and food, recommend the lemon juice

The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. They gave me plenty of recommendations and did not overcharge for water (like many hostels and hotels do). The area felt safe as staff as well as locals from the village would assist if need be.

Loved the hotel's vibe. Staff are very friendly and helpful. We had triple room which was spacious enough for 3 people. Bathroom and bedroom were clean. Hotel location is nice.. right along the busy street in Wadi Kiki.. also accessible to marinas when getting picked up / dropped off by boat. Breakfast was lovely with a view. They also have villas which are nicer than the rooms we had, lesson learned for next time!

very nice hotel, right in the center of aswan, perfectly located, very nice and helpful stuff that helped us in organizing tours at reasonable prices. the overall structure looks a little old, but everything works, you have the feeling to be in a boat on the river nile, you are in the center of aswan and in a private village at the same time. in addition, the restaurant overlooking the nile river is delicious and with a very nice stuff. thanx for everything
