Everything! The house is very charming and comfortable. The environment was so peaceful and relaxing. Dominique was helpful and Orangel, her property manager, was kind and also very helpful! We’ve stayed many places in Ecuador and this was my absolute favorite!

The place is new and clean. We loved the design. The kitchen had more than the typical utensils/cookwear/etc. for a rental property. Host was very attentive to our needs and flexible with us. jacuzi was a nice bonus although the water temp dropped the second day and wasnt warm.

The landscaping is incredible with a little stream, a back patio perfect for viewing birds at a feeding station, and beautiful flowers and plants. The property is very close to town, making it easy to walk everywhere you need to go. Our family loved staying here and would definitely return!

Kleber and his team really know how to look after their guest and made us feel very welcome. The service was outstanding.The hotel was clean, beautiful & and a perfect location - a 10 walk to the main street at the same time closer to the forrest and rivers giving g a feeling of sanctuary with its surrounding garden, lake & swimming pool. The suit has a feeling of luxury with a jacuzzi. Highly recommend this hotel.
We loved everything about our stay! There might be more luxurious accommodations in Mindo, but I wouldn’t dream of staying somewhere else if we return in the future. Everything was so clean, quiet, and beautiful. It felt like we had the place to ourselves! One huge plus is that you really don’t need a birding tour if you stay here, we saw so many beautiful tropical birds and even had a few coatis scurry in front of our cabin. Staff was always helpful and going above and beyond, and the breakfast truly is exceptional.
Fantastic situation, it is at only 8 minutes walk from the village Mindo on a flat road.... In Mindo we could rent electric bikes and electric quads to get around.... The suites are surrounded of nature ans we were delighted of the colibris, toucans and colorful butterflies flying around us... the pool and the jacuzzi are very clean and pleasant.... the breakfast was very nice as well
I found the place excellent, the food delicious, the room very comfortable and with a beautiful view, the attention of the staff and the hostess was very pleasant and comfortable for us.
If you want to feel at home and in a family atmosphere do not hesitate, 100% recommended and very close to the village, we could walk to the activities offered to us enjoying everything Mindo had to offer. We wish to come back again!
Although our stay was very short, we enjoyed the absolutely stunning location (if you want to be immersed in nature- it's quite far from the village). The hosts are super welcoming, attentive and interesting. We were spoilt with food and a private tour of the surroundings. Such a beautiful way to discover this part of the country. We were travelling with a 2 year old and the hosts were amazing with her too.
The location is very good! Just outside the village, in between nature. So there’s a lot of birds to see from the hostel.
We had a private room and we loved that it had a big balcony.
Our villa was located at the top of the property with wonderful views of the valley and tree canopy. Saw many birds including toucan.

Great surroundings in the middle of the forest, especially the balcony with a tub and a stunning panorama over the mountains and the village. Birds join you at the table for breakfast, and you can enjoy a delicious pizza and margaritas by the poolside. The ambiance was also pleasant, with a serene atmosphere, and children and pets playing as if in a familiar place. The bungalow is very well designed, spacious, offering optimal privacy, and adorned with lovely decoration. Everyone on the staff is highly professional, warm, and helpful.
Clean, spacious and comfortable lodge-like accommodation, big all-wooden rooms with hammocks and a terrace. We loved being immersed in the cloud forest around us, spotting hummingbirds, tanagers and agoutis from the room. It's a 15-minute walk on a dirt road to the village, but for us this added to the cloud forest experience - and there's cheap taxis if you don't feel like walking.
