The pool, gardens and staff are a dream. New, modern and very well kept. The design and condition of the villa was excellent. Security is solid. Designated parking spot is great. The wifi was excellent, although there are random brownouts that will knock you off wifi for about 5 mins, which was not ideal for my remote work meetings on a few occasions. Rafy is one of the most responsive, kind and fair host. It was a pleasure corresponding with him and he really made the experience a five star one.

We arrived aftermidnight and Charise and her family have been kind towards me and my family allowing us to check-in after 1:30 AM we stayed here for 8 days , the house is being updated and they are getting ready to install a brand new pool in the backyard and adding on a new wash machine , microwave and TV's with more furniture in the rooms like desks and so on, big shout out to Mr. Alexander and Mrs. Melanie for being there to assist us with all we needed , thank you for your service and kindness , I highly recommend this place for travelers who like to explore,

I love everything about this property. This is a top-class villa. We are surely coming back. The owner is the best host, attention and recommendation 100%. Security was really good at the main gate; you can’t get in if you don’t have the correct information, which is really good. Close to everything I like.
Immediately near beach and some room have beachfront view. Beach it is not busy at all, and during night it is not a lot of people's, as well.

You'll be having a private pool as the full tower is empty only the 14th is occupied.
The apartment looks exactly like in the pictures. It is very spacious, light, clean and super comfortable. Especially the beds. The building itself is also rather luxurious with all facilities mentioned available and well kept and safe. The location is right around the corner from the beach. The staff is super friendly as well and the managing agency was very responsive to resolve our queries.
The owners are available, approachable and helpful. As one of them said "Not a luxurious place but one with all the basics." It's a short walk to good, Italian restaurants, the beach and a highway where one may catch a cabby or a scooter to go elsewhere. A fairly private beach. A nice full moon.
Great stay. I booked it for contestants for a show was filming in DR and was perfectly set up. We ended staying longing than expected and the host was helpful. Lovely villa and very helpful host even took one of our contestants for lunch on the first day of arrival
