We had a great stay here. The neighborhood was quiet and easy walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants, boutiques, a pharmacy and a park where you could also catch a ferry to other towns on the Ammersee. Utting is perfectly situated on the Ammersee, right in between Munich and Neuschwanstein where a 40-50 minute drive could have you in either place. Parking was right outside the apartment. There were three comfortable beds and a small but efficient kitchen where everything was within arm’s reach. I would definitely stay there again if traveling to the Ammersee.

Really cool & unique decor, amazing lakeside area for hotel & appartement guest use 5min drive, nice & thoughtfully considered guest information. Appartement in the seperate house (pink door) is really well equiped, great for kids, little fenced garden. Really cute village.
This was supposed to be the last stop of our 2 weeks road trip. A place to rest before the flight back. It turned out to be another gem in a very authentic village. The structure itself is beautiful, and the staff was very nice. The breakfast was the best we had on our tour.
On the last day, we had to leave early to the airport so they opened the dining room early.
