Quiet location with designated parking opposite. The hosts were very welcoming. The room was spotless and the little extras i.e. toiletries, chocolates, water and tea/coffee were a nice touch.
There's not a lot open on a Monday in Hornbach but we managed to get a table at Klosters Hotel (the best meal we had all holiday) and there is a good supermarket close by that has a little coffee shop.

Since we were unsure of our exact time of arrival, we agreed to leave the keys in an a hiding placed. All aspects of the stay were exceptional. The owner, Thomas, even came by, while we were away, and serviced three bicycles for us to use. He was very easy to reach and very accommodating. We will definitely visit this property again.

The apartment is very nicely decorated, spacious and functional, with a nice little garden. Kitchen is well equipped and bathroom warm and clean. It's about 25 minutes to Saarbruken and 50 minutes to Karlstal walk by car. Owner is extremely kind and check-in and out smooth.
