There is nothing around just forest, the beds were very comfortable and the comunication was also very nice and easy.
The water from the tap is not drinkable and smells like sulphur, but therefore we got a canister with drinking water.

Excellent location near to the centre of Zlin. Great host, Georg, who speaks English brilliantly. Amazing to visit a Bata property which has been renovated to a very high standard.
Perfect for families, groups or couples who enjoy luxury and independence while travelling. Enjoy the space and privacy of these fully-furnished, self-standing mansions — travellers can cook, lounge and explore at their leisure. Note that in Bali, a resort will also be called a villa.
The 3-bed room was very luxurious and comfortable. We were really disappointed that we only had one night and therefore not enough time to enjoy all the details of the room. The staff was very friendly. The area had everything we wanted in walking distance and barely any cars around. We can really recommend to eat at Burger Brothers, which is not even 5mins walk away.
