This was an amazing house and yard! We had such a wonderful stay here with our 2 small children. The downstairs area was great: fully equipped kitchen, nice dining table, fireplace, TV, , super comfy Cali king bed, easy access to the deck. Upstairs was super cool: nice open space with a couch, beds and television. My kids loved the stairs. Then the garden: trampoline, several swingsets, oversized hammock, goldfish pond, pool. I will definitely stay here again. And Honza was extremely accomodating and hospitable. We will stay here again!

This is very nice place for vacation. It's situated in a small village in very quiet and remote place. But you could get here by public transport. Also from here very close to hike to Prachovsky skály.
In kitchen was everything what is needed for cooking and very cozy fireplace. House was very big with enaugh place for everyone.
In totall I very like this place, we really have good time here.
Perfect for families, groups or couples who enjoy luxury and independence while travelling. Enjoy the space and privacy of these fully-furnished, self-standing mansions — travellers can cook, lounge and explore at their leisure. Note that in Bali, a resort will also be called a villa.
Great location in Jicin center , equipped kitchen with coffee and generous welcome pack of fruit , coffee , drinks. Easy checkin and out (contactless through WhatsApp ), parking in the villa grounds. It has a separate toilet from the very Spacious bathroom and walk in shower (though a mop would be a great addition).
And I can highly recommend the Mexican restaurant close by.

A New Clean, modern styled enormous 6 bed apartment, 2nd floor (no elevator). includes an equipped kitchen, big Dining table, big living room. The parents bed is in an open space leading to 2 bedrooms. Holin is a small lovely village 2 km from Jicin and very close to Prachov Rock city. Lovely Breakfast can be reserved downstairs.
The villa was really nice, decorated really well which created a great vacation vibe.
Outside there was a ping-pong table and a trampoline which the kids loved
Absolutely fantastic. The place has been refurbished to a very high standard and was a luxurious place to stay. Yes there is a train line behind but of no issue at all. The evening meal was great and good value and the breakfast excellent. Very kind and helpful staff. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Friendly staff, great restaurant (incl a terrace) and I took the luxury to have the apartment incl terrace and sauna. Perfect on a sunny & rainy day :) Apartment is also very suitable to work in, with good wifi. Enough parking space on the side.
The host was extremely friendly and welcoming and our flat was just perfect: nicely decorated, very clean and spacious. We couldn't have wished for better. The hotel was just off the main square of the village, which was lively and has many different restaurants to choose from. Breakfast was homemade and delicious!
