I booked and paid for a luxury room with two rooms for 3 people. When confirming the room, room 009 was confirmed. On the day we arrived, 27.07, we received a completely different one-room room for 2 people, 003. I demand compensation for moral damages and a refund, because I did not receive what I paid for.
Villa Jana is a very nice place to stay. The owner is extremely kind and attentive. Bed was comfy, we had really nice view from our room. Bathroom was nice and the whole room was very warm. Good breakfast with variety of things to choose from. Good to note that the ski room is accessible only when you ask the owner to open it - it's certainly more safe, but may be a disadvantage for some
Beautiful Villa, close to the Cerna Hora skiarea (walking distance 15min). Lovely host and great hospitality. The place is spacious, very clean and the owner is very sweet and helpful. Great bed, lovely shower and the best breakfast. She even offered Vegan options when we asked, which is a great plus!!
