We were a group of 13 international students and the host was super accomodating. For the slightest issue, the host would come to the cabin in less than 5 minutes and solve the issue. As a demanding guest with high expectations I went for this hotel for one night in Harrachov and I was very pleasantly surprised. The room was comfortable and spacious with a nice TV and good temperature, breakfast options beyond expectations - you can also make your snack there for later as well which is nice! Clean and luxurious feel at the whole facility, wellness was great - no kids after 7PM are allowed there so that added to a nice, quiet and relaxing experience. Smooth check in and checkout. Thumbs up. Will be back!
I recently had the pleasure of staying in Harrachov Lux near a ski resort, and it was a truly delightful experience.
