We felt like at home from the very first second; this is a great place for families, with three independent bedrooms, large living room, large kitchen (extremely well equipped), and bathroom. There is fireplace for evenings in the livingroom, with all the wood and other stuff provided. There is a bakery 1 minute by walking, a restaurant and a coffee shop. Also, a small garden with garden games provided. Really, great place, highly recommended.

Everything at Chaloupka u Matušků exceeded our expectations! It was truly a wonderful summer holiday with our young daughter. The new cottage is elegantly decorated and contains all necessary amenities to make one’s stay pleasant and comfortable. The garden is spacious and beautifully kept - and even contains a relaxing hot tub that we enjoyed using after dinner. The cottage is located a couple of minutes’ walk from a lake which was perfect to cool down on hot days. There are also many possibilities for various excursions - culture, nature, hiking, etc. - within a short driving distance. The absolute highlight are the exceptional hosts, Kateřina and Roman, who, thanks to their kindness and pure love, completely spoil their guests! Roman is an extraordinary cook and, on most days, we asked him to prepare us meals - which were all simply succulent, without exception! Overall, we really enjoyed everything about the property and had a great holiday.

The apartment was very spacious, parking was right outside the property. The drive in to Czechia through the hills and national park was absolutely stunning, letting ourslevs in was really easy. The host helped us graciously when we locked ourselves out later on and was very quick to communicate with any questions that we had.
Perfect for families, groups or couples who enjoy luxury and independence while travelling. Enjoy the space and privacy of these fully-furnished, self-standing mansions — travellers can cook, lounge and explore at their leisure. Note that in Bali, a resort will also be called a villa.
We liked very much that it is possible to have nice hikes directly from the villa. After only a few kilometers hike we were in the national park.
The host was very friendly and very helpful. He gave a lot of information about attractions in area.

Location, far from main tourist attraction of so called Bohemian Switzerland but quiet and green area of small village. Good breakfast however paid extra.
