The villa was spacious and bright. Convenient for shops and restaurants. Due to a bad storm there was a power cut that also wiped out the wi-fi upstairs. The owner’s son came quickly to see to it and managed to get an electrician (on a Sunday) to fix the problem. A few days later, after another storm, he came to see if we were okay. Much appreciated.

We loved EVERYTHING about this property, starting with the amazing, kind, and helpful hosts, and ending with the tiny details that made our stay special.
The White House is incredibly spacious and manages to be cozy and comfortable at the same time. Each bedroom features a balcony with a lovely view, making the rooms bright and visually appealing. With two bedrooms having en-suite bathrooms and an additional two bathrooms in the house, it was extremely convenient. After returning from the beach, no one had to wait for a shower, which was a huge plus.
The other rooms in the house were equally impressive. The kitchens are very well-equipped with everything you might need during your stay, including a wide range of spices, hot chocolate, coffee, and sugar. Mr. Savvas and Gina even left some fruit for us to enjoy upon our arrival from the airport, a thoughtful touch that we really appreciated.
The location of the house is fantastic. It’s only a 4-minute drive to Metropolis Mall and AlphaMega supermarket, and just 10-12 minutes to the stunning beaches of Larnaca. This made it easy for us to shop and explore without any hassle.
A special mention goes to Gina for her flexibility and kindness. Our flight to Larnaca was early in the morning, and with babies and a lot of luggage, waiting for the standard check-in time would have been exhausting. Gina kindly organized an early check-in for a very reasonable fee, which made a huge difference.
All in all, this is a 10-star property, and I would highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Larnaca who wants a relaxed and quality stay.

It was 2 min away from the beach which was more than expected. The kitchen was new and the bathroom was renovated. There is a nice table and chairs outside and summer bath which was very convenient when you are coming from the beach.

We had a wonderful vacation at the villa. It is set up with the utmost attention to the comfort of the guests. Sol is an amazing host: always willing to be available for any questions we had. The pool is huge and delightful. We look forwrd to being back.
Not a hotel - more a room with en suite and kitchenette. Owner was very helpful and responsive. He left an excellent freshly made"village salad" for us and some delicious little homemade cakes. Air con very good and large comfortable bed. The outdoor courtyard was delightful - for breakfast, reading or an evening drink. Also good for socialising with my sister and partner staying upstairs. We needed a place to stay in Oroklini and would definitely recommend this one.

Our son lives nearby, and collected the keys from Fulvia. We stayed here for 14 days, and loved it. The location was perfect for visiting family. Oroklini is a peaceful village about 2 kms from the sea, and 10km from Larnaka beachfront. There is an hourly bus service into Larnaka right outside the apartment.
