From start to finish everything was more than fine. The owner is a very nice and hospitable person, the villa is big and beautiful, the location is 2 minutes from the beach - the whole stay was wonderful. Perfect place to stay for a group of friends or family.

We arrived late at night and were warmly welcomed by the hostess herself. A bottle of wine, fresh fruit, as well as milk, coffee, and morning pastries were a delightful surprise.
The house has a romantic and cozy atmosphere, making our stay very pleasant. There are two shops nearby, which was very convenient. We cooked for ourselves, as the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed.
A small reminder: the sockets are British, so you will need adapters for European plugs.
I highly recommend this place! It’s absolutely wonderful!

We loved our stay at House of Eleni. The traditional stone house is authentic and cosy, giving you a sense of being transported in time, but with a twist of modern touches. It is fully equipped - you just need to bring some groceries. The layout of this 3 bedroomed house is in 2 parts, which provided privacy between 2 couples, and the connecting courtyard brought us all together. The village is pretty too and an easy short walk to Tavernas/Cafe/Gin Bar/mini market.
Perfect get away from the touristic hustle and bustle. 3O mins drive to Kato Paphos and 20 mins drive to Latchi Harbour. Communication with our host Marinos was excellent. He was very helpful and just a call away, providing plenty of information and tips about the house and location. His neighbour, Afroulla, who was equally friendly and helpful, showed us around the house and provided the keys. We would have loved to have stayed longer.

The property met my expectations. Great location. Slightly off the beaten path, yet close to the archaeological attractions of Paphos, as well as a nice beach and a seaside promenade.
Perfect for families, groups or couples who enjoy luxury and independence while travelling. Enjoy the space and privacy of these fully-furnished, self-standing mansions — travellers can cook, lounge and explore at their leisure. Note that in Bali, a resort will also be called a villa.
The property was clean & spacious, plenty of room for our family of 3. Plenty towels & also milk in the fridge for our arrival. We only stayed 4 days before moving to a villa.
For a week in August this was great value !! Pool was lovely kitchen good location ok yes you need a car but most villas you do 1.6km to restaurants and bakery Supermarket the same all in all a good all round value villa
Very private place to stay. I also liked the restaurants and taverns in the Tala village centre, which were not right next door and we normally used car to reach them, but still close enough - just a few minutes drive from the villa. I find it being a good compromise between staying in a quiet private place with a beautiful view downhill, but have all the facilities close-by.
The property was in a quiet area at the base of the town. It was a great villa for families as the house is lovely and open and the pool big. The view was gorgeous!
We loved our time at the villa. Everything was clean, and the pool / garden was beautiful. We spent all day in the sun by the pool - it was so picturesque! It was in a nice part of the island as well. We felt super safe and it was easy to get into town whenever we wanted.
Our host was really helpful as well!! Super responsive and a local British-Cypriot. He has the best restaurant recommendations! We felt like one of the locals. Would recommend this to everyone!

We wanted to be in Tala and it was high up a mountain close to downtown Tala (by car). The villa is very spacious and has a splendid view of the Mediterranean and Pafos. There is a large patio outside with plenty of seating and sun shades. The pool looked marvelous, but it was too cold to swim (December). The area was quiet.

Good location in Tala close to local restaurants.
Clean sheets had been put on beds and clean towels had been left on end of beds .
