Wonderful location just at the sea. Beautiful and spacious sandy beach just in front of the house. Great experience to fall asleep and wake up with the sound of sea waves in the background. So good, like there, we didn’t sleep for ages. The house is fully equipped, with a big garden and terrace, sunny almost entire day. The host is a very caring person - thank you Chrystal for everything!

Apartment has been refurbished is nice with plenty of amenities, water dispenser , crashed ice and ice cubes built in on fridge. Kitchen was clean, bathroom was clean ( although there was a bad smell from shower booth drain). Bran new oven, microwave , toaster , kettle and nespresso machine ( capsules not provided)
Electric shutters and bran new double glazing windows.
Outdoor open shower , very convinient , with both hot and cold water , for use at anytime
The staff was very helpfull and must say that they arranged a change on our booking dates , on our request, not only without any charge but , with a refund on the price diffenence. Thanks.

Haris is a wonderful man, he waited for us with traditional food and a 2-3 days food set. The house and location is in a beautiful area, the sea is within walking distance from the house, any minuses you notice make up for it with the location and the good mood of the owner.

The villa is located approx 200m from the sea. It is very close to DHK Army base which worked amazingly for our needs. The pool is beautiful and the covered outside seating area is perfect for families.

The location was excellent for us, as we have family living in the village. The food left for us at the apartment was excellent and very helpful as we arrived late at night. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The view from the apartment was pleasent. There was good flexibility in checkout time.
The property was so clean, comfortable and well equipped. It was spacious and perfect for our family of five. The villa was a short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants but located on a peaceful street.
Spacious rooms, welcome food in the fridge, instant tea, coffee packs, frappe maker... Working fitness, sauna and indoor pool in the complex. The owner sent us a booklet with precise instructions and descriptions of places that are worth visiting.
(One should visit the nearby village of Pyla, one of a few villages in Cyprus where Greek and Turkish Cypriots live together.)
Karythia is beautiful, we have nothing bad to say! The villa is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing g holiday and Janice is a very responsive and welcoming host. Shops, restaurants etc within easy walking distance. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again.
We had an amazing time in Cyprus. The apartment was excellent and featured a pool that was accessible at all hours, even at night. Additionally, the neighborhood and the host was incredibly welcoming. The village is somewhat secluded, but in less than 10 minutes, you can reach Oroklini Beach, which offers shallow waters as well as a variety of restaurants and cafes. Additionally, the Ayia Napa water park is just a 22-minute drive away.
Lovely villa with great facilities in a good location! We loved our stay so much that we have rebooked for next year! Janice and Stewart were great hosts and have included some lovely finishing touches. Great communication always available if we had any questions or needed recommendations for places to eat etc. We are really looking forward to returning in 2024!
