In a very difficult time in our life we had the most incredible experience at this villa!
The place was immaculate, and the cleanliness was top-notch, making it feel like a luxurious retreat. The highlight, of course, was the fantastic pool, which provided endless hours of relaxation for me and my husband and fun for the kids.
What set this villa apart, though, was the serenity and peace that enveloped the entire property. The whole neighberhood was so quiet and tranquil, making it the perfect escape from reality.
The owner's hospitality was beyond compare. She went out of her way to ensure our stay was memorable, and her warm and welcoming demeanor made us feel like cherished guests. Her recommendations for local activities and dining were spot-on, adding to our overall enjoyment.
I can't recommend this villa enough. We are already counting the days until we can return and relive this incredible experience. If you're looking for a slice of paradise with a gracious host, look no further!

The villa has full air conditioning, a full kitchen including washing machine which was very handy. A driveway out front for parking.
The villa was nice and clean had everything you would need and expect.
Lovely swimming pool which gets cleaned and maintained whilst we was there. The villa also has a roof terrace which is perfect for evenings.
A couple of shops coffee shops and bus stops next to the villa.
Located a 20 minute walk from protaras and about a 10 minute drive from Ayia Napa it’s easy to get to the main attractions and it’s nice to be able to come away from them back to the villa

Nice spacious villa, with a lot of outdoor space for the kids to play in. The place was super clean and very well equipped, even a welcome basket was included. You can see the sea from the House and it's a 5 minute walk to a beautiful beach.
Maria was always available and in touch with us.

A really great villa with plenty of space for our party of 10. The location was perfect with just a couple of minutes walk directly to Fig Tree Bay beach (which is absolutely fantastic), or into the main strip with shops, restaurants etc. The owner met us at the villa and explained all the necessary things such as WiFi, how to use the hot tub, key codes etc. He also very kindly drove us to the local supermarket so we could stock up. He was available if there were any issues, we had none. Housekeeping checked if we needed anything and when we requested clean towels mid week they were delivered within half an hour. Just fantastic customer service. We will definitely be booking again.

The property was lovely. Was based in a lovely area surrounded by other villas , on top of that the villa also was bigger than expected. Very clean upon arrival and was a lovely place to stay. The host provided fast and prompt replies and even came to check up on us on a few times which was nice of him

We have stayed in many villas on the palms estate and this one was the best yet. Comfy sofas and a lot nicer than others. Still a bit of noise on weekends with locals arriving but this happens on this estate. Very good overall

Villa is set in a quiet private area, fantastic location and easy to get into town on foot (plenty of taxis etc around though if needed).
Loved the position! Property was great for us - two families travelling together. Not luxurious but definitely kid friendly and comfortable. Would happily go back! My kids enjoyed the swimming pool and the night lights (we had a villa with a private pool in our group).
The Vila is very clean, facilities of high standard and well kept - smart home, electric curtains, an indoor private elevator, widescreen TVs and playstation4 for the kids.
Rooms were big with great view to the pool.
The staff was willingly helpful and provided us everything we asked for - Victoria and Andrea from MyExclusiveVillas were available for us at every hour.
We arrived Sunday night and the owner left us with groceries for the next day - very thoughtful!
