A quiet location, you will need a car to get around to explore. The villa was very well equiped with everything you would need to make your stay enjoyable. The pool and outside area are very well maintained. Supermarket, bakery and butchers only 5 minutes away. I would highly recommend for a family holiday. A big thank you to Maria, who was only a call away should there be any problems, not that we had any.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Blue House. The house was huge, perfect for parties and/or very big families. There are 7 bedrooms with double beds, a lot of big screen tv's, a swimming pool, a bbq area, basically everything you will need. Kristina was very helpful and responsive with everything.

After experience a traumatic start to our holiday with our Airbnb being unsuitable and half the building missing, Bobby the host for Alkinoou Residence came to our rescue at such short notice. Bobby was extremely hospitable, her property was beautiful, the kitchen was fully functioning which gave us the option of cooking at home. Alkinoou Residence is in a good location with a variety of amenities such as supermarkets (Lidl and Metro) restaurants, pharmacy and beaches. Cannot fault Bobby the host or the property at all. Highly highly recommended this property and definitely will be back in the future!

Haris is a wonderful man, he waited for us with traditional food and a 2-3 days food set. The house and location is in a beautiful area, the sea is within walking distance from the house, any minuses you notice make up for it with the location and the good mood of the owner.

It is a family business, and the owners are very friendly. The vibe of the place is great. It's an old building that has been refurbished, and it has its own charm. We prefer such places to modern houses for a village home. There is a nice swimming pool and lobby. It feel really good sitting there.
Antonis was a great host, everyday made fresh breakfast, which was excellent. The room has a great rustic esthetic and the bed was comfortable. The village of Maroni is small, quiet and very nice.

The villa was generally well equiped and had most things we required and plenty more besides.
The villa was cool in the morning and shaded in the afternoon; so never too hot or stuffy.
The location suited us very well.
The property is in small village only a few minutes from the cost and convenient for the airport being only half an hour away. It built from local stone which gives it a great look. Swimming pool and a great breakfast both add to the stay.
