Andreas and Flora were very kind and helpful, you can be part of the everyday life if you wish so. The apartment is well equipped and homey. The large terrace is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the astonishing silence. Mild temperature even in time of hardest summer heatwaves. Home made spirits and bio wines are also available. Cats are around the house - keep in mind, if you are hair sensitive.

Beautiful village, and driving distance to lots of places, the room was OK sitting on the balcony was peaceful, it was very clean and breakfast was nice the owner was very friendly and food in the main square of the village was nice
The house is really spacious , fits a family of 4 easily. Has two separate bedrooms, a separate living room to chill , separate kitchen to cook etc. Also has a washing machine and laundry dryer. It’s 8 minute walk to the centre of the Kakopetria village.
It actually better than it looks on the photos. Location is great if you have a car, and probably you have a car if you get there. Otherwise it's a long way uphill. Being above the village gives some beautiful views and silence (except for the bikes on the road, but it's a common problem).
Everything was clean, checking-in and checking-out was very easy. All we needed for cooking was available. Owner was very quick to answer additional questions.
The place is charming. We had a beautiful view toward the river and the village in the picturesque old part of the village. It was very easy to get the key and the breakfast waited in the fridge. The breakfast was simple, but the fact that once can have it in the room is very convenient.
It is a family-owned business, with very friendly people and good communication. Everything was great !!! I'm not giving it a 10 only because the location is near one street and not entirely in the forest, and you need a car to reach a village. However it is still a very peaceful location, possible to see the sky full of stars!
Location is amazing as i understand hotel have different location but all of them near old village of Kakopetria, and in about 3-5 minutes walk to "new" village.
Our goal was to get place for sleeping and traveling around in day time, so for this purpose its best place.
Gorgeous place! Extremely clean, modern, friendly staff, perfect breakfast! Next to the hotel is a very nice hiking trail, and down the road a live and cosy small village. The hotel is an amazing hideaway during hot summer days. Highly recommend! Thank you! 😊
