We found the location the most beautiful, wonderfully quiet on a mountain slope of the Andes. The service was perfect and we were welcomed by a very friendly manager / owner who also speaks English and German. The service from the manager was great. There was an error on description of the mode of accomodation on booking (error of the Villa Ines and booking). So we got a small glamping house instead of cottage/bungalow. We have changed the house, paid the difference and found out, they have a price on booking different from what we have paid (smaller) and the mistake of the house description is still there. Even hough it take some time and some talk, we manage to get some refund (to pay equall price with the booking).
Beside this error, all was good.
Hostel was well located, close to the Suesca rock (note it’s a ~30min from the village itself, which I liked), easily reachable by bus from Bogotá. Property was spacious, clean and well decorated. Host Diana made me feel at home
Everything was fantastic, well organized, clean, cozy, the food is delicious, the coffee is great same as the hot chocolate, the surrounding with walking path for easy walks with kids, a bit of adventure in a luxurious surrounding.
The hostel is really nice and cosy, the rooms are clean and comfortable. There is a kitchen, a nice patio, a common area with the TV.
Diana is really friendly and makes you feel at home. We stayed just one night, but would gladly come back.
The location is also good, a little bit outside of the village area, but quiet.
