Current amazing hidden gem, it will be a boom when they finish constructing. They are in the beach frontline, only villas constructed, 5min ride ti Tayrona Park. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff, shout out to Luz and Ana in reception and Jenifer at the Restaurant.
We stayed 3 days in one of the Villas facing the jungle, it was amazing!! (And cheap). I would have stayed longer if I could, by staying during the week on a recently opened hotel you have the advantage to practically be alone 🙌🏻

Really gorgeous setting, 10 minute walk from the el zaino entrance for Park Tayrona. Room was so nice and cool when we landed and the air con was great. Very smiley, welcoming staff with good food options. Bathroom was class.

A perfect spot to relax and connect with nature. The surroundings are so beautiful and we loved our morning runs and river swims. The restaurant serves up amazing dishes - super tasty and fresh. Salvia Madre is also the perfect base to explore Tayrona and the extraordinarily beautiful Cabo San Juan hike. The massages were fantastic in the garden. Amazing staff (thank you Cindy!)

This is an amazing and stylish new property, well located in close proximity to Parque Tayrona and the beach at Mendihuaca. It is spacious enough for a large family and has a great kiosk and bbq area. The grounds are lush and well kept as the rest of the property. We felt so welcome by the owners on arrival and the property keepers Luz and Yair looked after us very well throughout our stay and took us on a day trip to the nearby river and made the most delicious sancocho on site. Would definitively recommend a stay here in this family and dog friendly property.

Simply stunning. I stayed for 3 nights after being at an intense detox retreat for a week and I wanted some time in nature to relax, integrate & reflect on my experience. Casa Bambu was perfect! So peaceful…The rooms are fabulous, the staff are super friendly and the food is delicious! Also great that you have the beach a short walk away. I saw one of the best sunsets ever at Sierra bar & I’ve seen a fair few around the world! WiFi is good. Perfect place to relax & disconnect.
Everything was outstanding at Villa Playa Tayrona, from the great service (always with a smile) to the privileged location, the super tasty food and the pristine facilities.
I would love to come back and certainly recommend it if you’re looking for a place of calm and connection with nature!
We stayed in Casa Barlovento after the four day Lost City trek. It was the perfect place for rest and relaxation. The staff were adorable and there was a wonderful atmosphere about the place. A real retreat and highly recommended.
Comfortable, clean, and well kept bungalows nestled on the absolutely beautiful jungle grounds of the Villa Maria property. A serene place to listen to the roaring ocean and nature sounds. The staff are so kind and helpful making the stay easy and wonderful. The food and drinks were delicious. I won't spoil all the lovely surprises, but keep your eyes open for some animals that truly make the experience unforgettable. And the entrance to Tayrona is just a few minutes drive, making it easy to get there nice and early to beat the crowds.
A great retreat, so relaxing and exicting. A great place to explore Tayrona, but also Villa Maria is so good you might just want to stay in the pool area or look at the jungle and gently swing the hammock on your private balcony. The beach near by is not a swimming beach, but it’s a really lovely walk, with jungle on one side - and the eternal ocean on the other.
Amazing hosts, had fruit and drinks ready right off the start, had masages booked right at the Villa, arranged rides once we had to depart. Just an excellent experience in every way!!⁹
Absolutely everything. I can only describe it as perfection. Heavenly views, delicious food, staff that treat you like family - it felt like luxury and a home from home at the same time. Couldn’t recommend Villa Playa more.
An absolutely gorgeous villa, feels very exclusive as I think only about 6 rooms. The pool is beautiful and our room felt so luxurious, it was such a treat! The staff are super friendly and helpful. The food and drinks were delicious and very reasonably priced. There were excellent vegetarian options which is rare! Loved our stay!
