A perfect spot to relax and connect with nature. The surroundings are so beautiful and we loved our morning runs and river swims. The restaurant serves up amazing dishes - super tasty and fresh. Salvia Madre is also the perfect base to explore Tayrona and the extraordinarily beautiful Cabo San Juan hike. The massages were fantastic in the garden. Amazing staff (thank you Cindy!)

Really gorgeous setting, 10 minute walk from the el zaino entrance for Park Tayrona. Room was so nice and cool when we landed and the air con was great. Very smiley, welcoming staff with good food options. Bathroom was class.

We felt so welcome at Casa Kumake. It was the perfect location for visiting Tayrona National Park with good restaurants nearby. The river at the bottom of the hotel’s garden is lovely too!

This is an amazing and stylish new property, well located in close proximity to Parque Tayrona and the beach at Mendihuaca. It is spacious enough for a large family and has a great kiosk and bbq area. The grounds are lush and well kept as the rest of the property. We felt so welcome by the owners on arrival and the property keepers Luz and Yair looked after us very well throughout our stay and took us on a day trip to the nearby river and made the most delicious sancocho on site. Would definitively recommend a stay here in this family and dog friendly property.

Amazing facilities and right on the beach. We had a private cabin which felt like we were in a luxury resort! Great food in the restaurant and lovely staff all around to help with activities etc.
The rooms were nice, however there were many other +s. We went bird watching from the Minca Village with a guide.
He was good but scrambling along the paths not so good. Can’t be blamed but never saw a Toucan.
Sitting by the swimming pool or across from the lake we saw far more bird life. We saw toucans up to groups of 4.
The lake is fed everyday. We saw a hawk swoop down and take a medium size Perch out of the water. Back in the trees for breakfast. So many birds for the Colombian bird watcher.
Simply beautiful, this is Colombia at its best. Green, plenty of wildlife around you, warm & lovely staff, yet quite luxurious without being stuffy, with outdoor showers, raised terrace, they’ve thought of everything.
It's a beautiful, romantic place, very well kept. There's the beach, beautiful palm trees and the garden suites. Nice bar and good Restaurant with delicious food. It's perfect for couples or a retreat.

The private beach and little huts are lovely and this is a great version of a hostel if this is what you are looking for. The activities they put on are great especially the yoga class which was in a lovely spot on the beachfront
the ac was wow considering the village!
but most importantly the owners are super nice and were willing to help me with anything i needed, and the location is right in the middle of rio and viajero, 3 minute motor drive
