Good location near a snorkeling beach but is a fair distance from the main tourist areas. The villa was clean and the host provided us with a large bowl of local fruit on arrival, a beautiful flower arrangement and tea/coffee etc. The host was very kind in helping with car hire and making sure our stay was comfortable. Without us knowing, he arranged for someone to pick us up from the airport as part of the service which was fantastic. Kitchen was basic but adequate for our needs, nicely decorated villa with a lovely outdoor seating area amongst a tropical garden which we used alot when we weren't snorkeling. Would definitely stay again as a quite peaceful neighbourhood and lovely gardens around the villa.

The location was great. Was a short distance to the Edgewater where family were also staying so worked out great. We hired a car luckily and would suggest hiring a car if you were to stay in the Villa as it is a distance to the activities and restaurants. The morning Fresh fruit platters and Coconut water was a highlight for sure ! Waking up to that each morning was awesome! The pool was a hit ! Such a spacious and inviting home with so many features, especially the deck out the front with built in speakers !
An absolutely gorgeous spot. Very comfortable villa, wake up and look out at stunning lagoon views. Great to have a BBQ, kitchen and laundry facilities. Lovely staff, the villas and grounds are beautifully kept. Very convenient to Wigmores supermarket and easy walk to a couple of nearby eateries. We loved this place so much we ended up having our wedding ceremony on the beach there!
Had a great stay at Mai'i Villa 1 - Muri. The location is perfect, close to world class beaches and lovely resorts where you can utilize their bars and restaurants, The villa is nice and modern with plenty of space, The small private pool is an excellent addition, i didn't get to enjoy it as much as i would like to because of the cooler weather though, The Nissan Juke was a huge bonus for us, Having a car to drive around the island and to not rely on public transport or hire scooters/cars was such a benefit.

The location was fantastic. The property is comfortable and well stocked. The view from the Beachfront Cottage was phenomenal. The hosts provided helpful guidance about staying in Rarotonga before we arrived, and were accommodating to our needs. We would happily stay here again and recommend it to others.
