Villas in Amuri

The property was in the perfect location. Close enough to restaurants etc, but far enough away to feel private. The hosts were so helpful with everything we asked about. The boat tour with Marokii is an absolute must. Will definitely stay again next time we are on Aitutaki

Host Maggie and Dylan were amazing, Maggie met us at the airport and brought us back to the house. House was brand new with modern kitchen, bathroom, actually, whole house was modern. Maggie assisted us to book a private tour of the islands with wet and wild island tours.

We were greeted at the airport by Vaea with the most fragrant flower eis placed around our necks and then transported to our beautiful little bungalow which had everything we needed for our stay (16 nights), the aircon was definitely a plus as we visited during Dec-Jan (very hot during this time) we were also greeted with a colouful array of assorted fresh fruits (which we devoured lol). The location was nice and secluded with just a short stroll down to the crystal blue waters and white sandy beach. We also booked a couple of bikes/scooters through the hosts, which is so convenient and easy to get around the island. Cannot wait to visit again 😊

Kura was a wonderful host and helped with many things. The house was lovely and not far from the beach. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of drinking water available because there was a huge bottle of filtered water. There was a lovely verandah to sit on. There was a good washing machine.

It was just perfect. Mere took care of everything. From the tour to the accommodation, I can only recommend it

We were collected from the airport, so getting the keys was easy, hosts were super friendly and helpful. The villa is beautiful, and location is amazing, the kayaks, SUP's and motor scooter was a bonus for getting around

It’s hands down one of the best beaches we’ve ever visited, with pristine sands and crystal-clear waters that made every moment there magical. The house is fantastic—spacious, immaculately clean, and well-equipped to provide a cozy and comfortable experience. The cool sea breeze and the thoughtful layout of the house ensured we were always comfortable. It’s clear that Vaa and Joliene have put great effort into making Are Kapakapa a home away from home for their guests. Another highlight of our stay was exploring the fruit trees around the property. The coconuts were a delightful treat, perfect for a refreshing snack after spending time at the beach. Every aspect of Are Kapakapa reflects the love and effort that Vaa and Joliene pour into their hospitality. The combination of the peaceful atmosphere, thoughtful amenities, and personal touches made our stay truly special. Beautiful location, lovely staff, great to have access to electric golf buggy and bikes for exploring the island. Great selection for breakfast, including little specials every day (yum waffles, Terangi!!!!)
