Very nicely renovated with a combination of rustical and modern styles. Very comfortable, and while not located in the center of Lugano, it was a great location and easy enough to get to the center of Lugano itself. Checkin and parking was very easy an convenient.

This is a self catering property. It had everything we needed and it was all high quality. We were delighted by the whole window wall opening up to create a wonderful sitting area with incredible views. Soooooooo relaxing!! It is a little remote which suited us - really quiet and peaceful. But only a short drive to all the town facilities.

Old European style hotel with amazing views and spa. We had a pleasant walk around in the forest and to the neighbouring village of Arosio, and a great massage at the Dot spa afterwards. The pools are also amazing and spacious so it never felt crowded.
The setting is gorgeous, in a mountain village, very quiet and peaceful surroundings, a littleoff the beaten track. The staff are very courteous and helpful. The massage pool is also a great bonus!
