Very clean and cozy. Old building (it dates back to 13th century) with modern interior. It is in a quite and tranquil area. Parking is nearby. If you travel with car there are plenty of food choices within few kilometers (on the other side of the lake). The house is so close to the lake - you see it from the windows and when you open the front door, the view is beautiful. Unfortunately it was raining heavily when we arrived and when we were leaving so we could not enjoy a walk. The hosts were very polite, they were waiting for us and gave us a tour of the house, explained how to turn on the heating if needed and gave us an extra blanket. We got a bottle of wine as a gift and chocolate for the morning coffee. The only issue is that we stayed just for one night on our way home - I would spent more time there as the house and the area are really beautiful.

The location of the B&B is lovely, a small quiet village on the lakeshore. The rooms are clean and well kept, our room had a lakeside view and it made for a beautiful wake up in the morning.
They leave your keys in a little safe outside the building so you can arrive and check in by yourself at any hour, even at night, which is very handy.
Breakfast was amazing, the owner served us at the table and offered us many kinds of homemade bread, they were extremely kind and welcoming, made us feel really well taken care of!
Nice little private 'beach' just across the road from the hotel where we could swim in the lake. parking right outside for the motorbike. The hotel very clean, beds comfortable, breakfast great, price reasonable. A little walk into the village but there is a nice walkway by the sea with a great bar on the beach with cocktails and food. Then a short walk to the rest of the village.
The breakfast was excellent, with great variety. The staff gave us baked goods to go every morning. The hotel is located in the center of the charming village, with spectacular views of Lake Lugano from the breakfast area and lake view side of the hotel. Great wifi in our room.

The b&b occupies the first floor of the yellow building on the pictures and consists of 2 rooms with lake view and two at the back with garden view. The setting is very nice, in a tiny Village on the lake shore. Checking in is with a code which is given before. The rooms are modern, fully equipped but somewhat inpersonal. The breakfast is in the coffeeshop on groundfloor and absolutely fantastic. This is when we met one of the owners. She was very friendly and gave us carrot cake for our long trip back to nl. Thanks!
