It was a new property that is in very good condition and has plenty of space. The owner was super responsive and immediately delivered to us Tesla charger not provided by Hertz. Quiet neighborhood and stores not far. Would definitely stay at the property again.

Comfortable beds, very generous towel allocation. Lovely space. Great to have a long HDMI cable with which to connect a laptop to the TV screen. WiFi was fine but needed a reset on the second to last day. We stayed during a heatwave and the A/C did a great job.

Price was ok initially. We had 4 people for $350.00. Wanted to advise them we had one additional guest. Checked to make sure it was not more money on the site, it wasnt. Contacted them as a courtesy to advise we had one additional guest. Weird they told us to cancel the booking and re book. Told them we could not as it was non refundable. System would not let us cancel. Since when we checked it was not more money we simply brought our other guest. Today they added $175.00 to my visa. I will be fighting this charge.

The host was very communicative and wanted to make sure our stay was the best it could be. The building was secure, clean, comfortable. The unit was equipped with everything you needed for a few nights of luxury; so much so I added an extra night on to my stay. I highly recommend this unit and will definitely be staying here again.
Convenient location for an early morning flight. Only a $17 Uber to the airport. Great size for one or two people with internet and streaming access to relax with and the luxury of having a kitchen to prepare food is a plus! Would stay here again.
It was really bright and felt like a luxury hotel. Close to the highway/freeway, there was a decent plaza close by walking distance. Downtown kitchener was only a 5-7 mins drive. Clean and up-to-date. Bonus features very close to my family 👪 only 2mins drive. Thank you. Had time to get my nails done at Deluxe Nails.
The room decor was modern and eclectic and the bed was very comfortable. The rain shower head was wonderful. The toiletries were luxurious. The front desk associate was very helpful and polite. The hotel was clean, modern and quiet.
