The Swiss Village Inn is a great motel. Our room was very clean and the price is great. We would return to this location in the future.

It was like I was staying in a Swiss village. The warm welkommen from the international desk clerk, the "toot toot" of the railway every 30 minutes as it winds it way up through the mountain village; an experience I'm so glad I didn't miss. The whole experience was like a dream.

What a gorgeous authentic ski lodge. Furnished with luxurious comfort, big open fire. Lovely room beautifully decorated. Restaurant next door. Staff cleared the fresh snow away from our car, such a great treat. Excellent, friendly staff. Excellent location, amazing views of the forest. Fabulous ski and heated boot storage room.

The host is super friendly and interacts with the guests a lot. Every day she prepares a self made breakfast. We just stayed one night but our breakfast was delicious. The house is located in the forest so it is peaceful and quiet far away from the village. It provides an incredible view on the valley.

Nothing in particular. Hotel is old, needs renovation. Accommodation is scarce in Golden. Price is outrageous due to demand, not luxury.

It had really peaceful vibes about it and was located close outside of the village close to many hiking trails. It felt really homey and cosy

The Golden Village Lodge surpassed our expectations. The newly renovated rooms are clean and spacious, providing a comfortable stay. The bed was particularly cozy, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Additionally, the Indian restaurant adjacent to the lodge offers delicious food that comes highly recommended.

Our family has always travelled to Jasper or Banff for a mountain escape (from Edmonton)… this will now change because our 3 day retreat to your lodge was second to nobody… everything about it was incredible….. the suite, the staff, the EVERYTHING!!!! U guys changed our perception on how we view travelling to the Rockies! Thank you, we appreciate the effort.

The location is great, and the facilities are certainly to the standards and spacing of a ski lodge. They provided ample warning of the "village" being closed and hi-way maintenance being conducted.
