The outside of the house looked a bit old and maybe need some work. But the inside is great, looks new! Beds are great, kitchen has everything you need, only no dishwasher, but that's fine. Keeps you social 🤪. Livingroom was great, tv was great. For us, it was a great house to stay with everything you need. I also like the paintings hanging on the wall, they are beautiful. For us a great location, close to Gatineau park and great for sightseeing Ottawa.

The house is located in a very nice neighborhood in the Aylmer Section of Gatineau. Everything that you could possibly need is located within a couple minites driving distance. Comsidering that the house backs on to highway 148, there is absolutely 0 noise polution, so traffic CANNOT be heard inside the house at all! Everything that you need for your stay is supplied at the house, including laundry soap to wash your dirty clothes!
Only thing that I would recommend bringing with you, would be some ice trays. The single one that they have is unfortunately insufficient.
HIGHLY recommend this residence for a very peacful and beautiful stay for any group of friends or families looking for a cozy place within a short drive to ALL of the Ottawa Valley atractions and sites !!

When I originally booked this place (referred to in the Booking.com listing and on our payment confirmation as an "entire villa with a private entrance"), I was looking for a private home with 3 bedrooms for my 2 daughters and my wife & I. At the time of booking this seemed to tick that box.
Comfortable well - equipped apartment. All new and fresh. Basic cooking facilities which were perfectly adequate for a short stay. Quiet village location.
