I loved Sue's cottage. I needed a weekend away from the city and this was the perfect location. The cottage itself is very comfortable and everything you need to cook. The bed is super comfortable and I love that I could sit outside next to the fire and watch the wildlife in the ocean. As a bonus, the cabin is close to the Cowichan Valley Trail so I easily biked to Chemainus and Lady Smith. I will definitely stay here again!

The property was on amazing location. It was very quiet and peaceful. We had no troubles or noise for the duration of our stay. Amazing sunrises! The beds were very comfortable. It had all the supplies to make our breakfast and dinner. Huge backyard to enjoy our evenings with most beautiful views of the ocean. We will return definitely whenever we are in the area.

This lovely home offered our family a great base while we were in town for a wedding. Beds were comfy, the two bedrooms were on separate floors, and the place was very clean and tasteful. Bonus was the deck seating looking out over some green space. A small beach was a 2-minute walk away.

The room was very clean and the staff was extremely lovely! I stayed there only for 2 nights to explore the area, it’s greatly located to go on hikes all around the area or visit the historical villages nearby.
Really lovely super-comfortable hotel. A bit pricier than what we usually allow ourselves but good for a bit of luxury now and then. Nice light and spacious feel to the hotel generally,and we loved our room with delightful sitting area and an unusual feature: enclosed space for the bed.
