The location was incredible, so close to Banff Avenue. Bedrooms were a nice size and kitchen had everything we needed. Free parking so close to downtown, hot water in the shower, and cute areas outside to sit.

Loved the quiet away from craziness of Banff Village. The elk strolling thru the property was a bonus! Liked convenience of onsite Prow restaurant plus food & staff were great!
Great location from the village, did everything on foot and loved the experience. Very quiet. They placed us on a room with a view of the mountains which was pretty nice. Food from the restaurant was amazing too.

We didn’t get to use any of the resort facilities as we were out most of the time.
The lodge was about a 15-20 minute walk to the main village, which meant it was in a quieter area. The room was cozy and clean, and the front desk staff was lovely. Breakfast was your typical hotel buffet, but it was decent quality. Really enjoyed my stay here overall!
Location is perfect for Banff town shops and restaurants, and getting to the ski resorts of Norquay and Sunshine Village. Hotel is good, though rooms are not very spacious, particularly the King doubles.
