We were very unlucky with the weather: it was almost 40 degrees and because of the heat the pool was full with wasps looking for refreshment. But of course the host can not do much about that and we can imagine that in normal circumstances this house is just perfect: scenic location, a lot of facilities etc. Maybe we have to come back to enjoy everything properly ;-)

We recently had a wonderful stay at Friends Bulgaria, and we couldn't be happier with our experience. The house was even more spacious than we expected, with plenty of room for our entire group. The bedrooms were all large enough and comfortable, and the beds were some of the best we've ever slept in.
The house also had a beautiful garden with fig trees and other fruit trees, which was a perfect place to relax and enjoy the fresh air. The pool is not too big, but we had a lot of fun playing in it.
We also appreciated the fact that the house had a barbecue area and plenty of outdoor seating. We spent one evening enjoying each other's company.
Overall, we had an unforgettable stay at Friends Bulgaria. The house was perfect for our group, and the location was ideal. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a spacious and comfortable place to stay in Bulgaria.

Great property, equipped with everything you need for a pleasent stay. The host was extremely kind. The location is amazing in the forest but also close to Sandanski.

Old building which had been recently renovated, everything is not luxury but new and clean. Parking is big enough, there is a charging station for elecrtic vehicles. there is no restaurant at the hotel, but there is one named "Happy" which is 600m away.
Staff was nice and helpful. Cards are accepted. Typical highway hotel for an overnight stay.

The villa is very cozy, great design, staff is professional and friendly, the spa is currently expanding and luckily we were allowed to use the indoor swimming pool even though finishing works were ongoing still.
The wine of Sintica is worth trying and the restaurant offers tasty food. Breakfast had variety.
Great comfortable facilities at Sansanski resort city! Well designed, well build, huge confy rooms. Very good spa with sauna, steam room and small jacuzzi style indoor pool. Huge outdoor poll, was to cold to use it. Any way tried it once.
All facilities looks like really luxury Villa at properties of real winery. So everything is looking great!
The facility exceeded my expectations. That met totally the pictures posted on the website. The furniture is luxurious. And the host was so kind and cooperative in any matter. Even went the extra mile to share details about the places we can visit. Thank you so much for the great attitude.
Cannot recommend this place enough. The villa is wonderful, the pool and gardens are nice, their wine is great as is the food. The staff is friendly and attentive! The place is very serene.
