Its location is great just in the centre of Ruse but it is so old and shabby and it seems that it has never been repaired. For me the price is twice higher than it should be but for one night it is ok. For the same price we stayed at a luxurious room in Bucharest the next day. The breakfast included two microwaved sandwiches , a glass of juice and coffee.
I have slept in many apartments and hotels in Bulgaria over the past 10 years. This is the best of them all. If possible I would give Divona 12 out of 10!!!!
