The house is great. it has all the needed facilities. It has large yard, balcony and porch. The house is clear, with nice bathrooms and bedrooms. The host was really friendly and the homemade breakfast was awesome. The house is located really close to the center of the village and has a lot of space to park your car. We recommend spending a few days there! You won't regret it.

We absolutely loved this guest house in Leshten. The host was extremely friendly and helpful during our stay, really trying to do anything to make us more comfortable. Not exaggerated, but we had the best quality of sleep due to the air quality, it was amazing. The garden was great, with an outside kitchen with a lovely view over the valley. There are also plenty of great restaurants on walking distance and a small supermarket for your daily needs.
Would easily recommend this property. We were with 4 adults and 5 kids.

This was an oasis, paradise and a dream come true vacation. We were above the clouds of the most beautiful mountains Rodopa and Pirin. This is a hidden jam you should not miss. Very authentic village. The hosts are incredibly nice and accommodating and welcoming. The house is beyond compare-clean, beautiful, standing high on the top of the village. The fire place/barbecue in the cozy secluded addition to the house on the side creates an unforgettable atmosphera. Don’t forget to take your cameras for capturing the moment. Highly recommend!!!

Great open view of the mountains and the village, fruit garden, comfortable yet artistic interiors. It’s secluded, meticulously organized and maintained. It really feels like your dream home. Every detail and fixture is carefully chosen and arranged.
Situated in a picturesque village, just near the main square, it's a very authentic and traditional house. The rooms and linen were clean and tidy, breakfast was brought in by the owner and was ok. All in all, good value for money.
Make sure to check the restaurant at the entrance to the village, which served great dinner.
A really beautiful, very well-renovated house in the traditional style of the Lesten village. Very well-equipped for a family or a group of friends. Lovely garden spaces and a terrace with a majestic view of the mountains. The perfect place to relax and disconnect.

This is a lovely traditional Bulgarian house nested in the beautiful village of Leshten in the Rhodope Mountains. The hosts are nice and responsive, the facilities were more or less what we expected and we really liked the traditional breakfast.
The house was absolutely gorgeous and we had it all to ourselves. The owners were extremely friendly and even brought us a delicious breakfast in the morning, homemade banitsa and yoghurt. It is fully equipped with everything you need.
The village itself is very pretty it was a 10/10 experience we are sad we couldn’t stay there longer.
The views above Leshten were beautiful! The hotel itself is very nicely made from the outside, fits perfectly into the village. The trampoline outside was great for the kids and it‘s dog friendly. The rooms were also nicely designed and cosy.
We had a great stay! The owners was very friendly and responsive, although not there. I like that the house has the spirit of the traditional Bulgarian house. It is cosy, simple (in the best way) and has a great functionality and great views to Pirin and other mountains. If you're looking for such a place, this is it! The most of the places to stay around Leshten are getting luxurious and pretentious, here we found the best place for a family retreat!
