First of all the house is in Koprivshtitsa, a town I love. It had the number of rooms we needed, an electric kettle and an espresso machine. The view from the house was beautiful and since it was at the end of town at the beginning of the forest it presented a good opportunity for a hike, if you are into that

Lovely house with big bedrooms in a quiet area close to the river. Felt like at home with well stocked essentials like sunflower oil, napkins, cups, 4 coffee capsules, etc. The TV was smart with YouTube, Netflix, etc. and the WiFi worked well in all rooms. There were occasional cats visiting us while we were sitting outside but they were very cute and seemed domesticated and fun to play with for a few minutes. They contributed to the feeling at home. The path up the road goes into the mountains and was a great 1.5 hours 6km walk (there and back) which was not very steep, just perfect for a short hike by the river in great scenery (we even saw 3 wil deer twice each time we went for a walk!). Everything was very clean and there were leaflets with great recommendations on what sights you can visit within 2 hours drive. The heating was turned on so the whole house was warm and cozy when we got there. They also let us leave a few hours later since the house was not occupied on the following day. We didn't light the fireplace but there was plenty of wood chopped and ready to use, if needed. The introductory message sent by the host made me tear up a bit with the amazingly well poetically written ideas/narrative on disconnecting, lighting the fireplace and truly enjoying the house and the surrounding nature. Will definitely come back when the weather is warmer to test the barbeque outside and the green scenery.

The location was great, considering i was looking for somewhere remote. Room was basic, but clean. Terrace with the view was lovely. Close proximity to explore villages nearby. Staff was lovely and very helpful
The village is fantastic! The hotel is traditional, wooden and warm! They are nice people, and we love their dog Ressel! The bed and the pillow were surprisingly comfortable! Outside was really cold with some snow, but in our room it was very warm! Also there are restaurants with amazing cheap food.

My recent stay at this guesthouse was truly exceptional. The rates were budget-friendly, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The fusion of traditional Bulgarian elements with modern comforts, like the incredibly comfortable beds, created a memorable experience. The jacuzzi was a luxurious touch, and the inviting garden was a serene retreat. With its prime central location, I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.
We loved our stay at Villa Lyutovi. The location was perfect. The house itself was great - very spacious and comfortable, with a lovely balcony and view, nice yard, and the hot tub was a bonus. Highly recommend!
