A wonderful, spacious apartment with breathtaking sea view from the balcony. Located in a quiet area between both main beaches of Sozopol, the apartment had everything we needed for a pleasant and comfortable stay. There is a parking spot right in front of the housing complex, which in the high season in Sozopol is a huge advantage. Our host Joanna was extremely helpful and responded quickly to all our questions and requests.
The flat shows slight signs of ageing, but there is nothing to complain about. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed for basic cooking the two bathrooms/toilets are also a big plus.
We spent quite some time on the balcony enjoying the magnificient view to the sea and the old town of Sozopol.
Within walking distance there are plenty of restaurants and little grocery shops and the city center of Sozopol is about a 10 min walk.
I would definitely recommend this place as it is great value for the money. Thank you Joanna for having us and we will consider it again next time we decide to spend some time in Sozopol!

The city Sozopol is our favorite, we arrived in a familiar environment. So we chose Villa Burkopolis and it was really a very good choise. Nice host, fully equipped house. Everything we needed for our stay was available.

The best place to sleep in Sozopol. The bungalows are super comfortable, equipped with absolutely everything you need for an unforgettable experience. Our host was extremely kind and responsive. The place is clean and well maintained, we will definitely visit again.

The location is amazing! Being in the woods but close to the beach is perfect, the cabin is very comfortable and cozy, and the mattresses gave us the best sleep! Nearby is a restaurant, beach, shop, so all you need is in a range of 5-10 minutes of walking. Everything was very clean, and we were offered a barbecue with all the needed instruments (claw, charcoal). All we needed we’d ask the host for and provided to us. We highly recommend this accommodation!

Very well equipped apartment at walking distance to the beach and access to nice private pool. The communication with Karina was quick and easy and she was very flexible in adapting to our schedule.
I loved my room with the sea view and all creature comforts, the quietness and the complimentary tea and wine. The owners are young, cheerful and enthusiastic and just launched a tacos menu to be served at a bar on the wonderful rooftop terrace with views of the bay and the village. I recommend SunsetArt Hotel wholeheartedly. :)
Great villa in a superb location. Our room was very spacious and had splendid view of the sea and surrounding bay. Hosts were very friendly and accommodating. Villa has its own private parking lot which is vary valuable if you plan to travel by cart in and around the Chernomorec.
We stayed only a night, however, the location was great! 10 minutes walking distance to the center of the village and 5 minutes with car to the beach or 15 minutes walking distance.
The staff on the reception was really nice.
We liked everything. The complex is situated right on top of the cliffs, top first line to the sea. The view was amazing! The two bedroom apartment is spacious and very comfortable. Beds and pillows just perfect, very clean and tidy. There is a very nice private pool which we enjoyed a lot. The managers of the complex( hosts) were absolutely amazing and welcomed us as family. Thank you for your kindness and care.
What a gorgeous hotel! We were so impressed by Villa Maria - the rooms were immaculate and equipped with everything you could ever need. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom well-designed with lots of hot water in the shower and the kitchen was well stocked with equipment. The balcony was perfect, with a view of the harbour illuminated at night, and the proximity to the beach absolutely wonderful. We wished we could have stayed longer, and would come back without hesitation. Thank you for a lovely stay!
