Fantastic location to explore Sozopol, plenty of space for our family of 4. fans and screened in windows were a huge plus. Were able to put together simple breakfasts in the kitchenette. Very helpful and friendly host.

Very nice and cozy place. We were happy to have this family experience: The bedroom was very clean and cozy. There is no A/C but the evenings were fresh and it was very comfortable to sleep. The bathroom is large and clean. The kitchen and living room are very comfortable and have everything essential: glasses, silverware, a pan, a stove, coffee maker. The location is also nice, 7 min walk from the beach, just across the street is camping Gradina where you can find restaurants, mini market and everything you need.
The staff is very helpful and reply to all our questions.

The place is brand new, with nice wooden houses which still smell like wood. They are well equipped, with new furniture. The houses near some old bungalows. It's probably not yet suitable for small children to be left to play and run around, but the owner shared that his idea is to be even more kids friendly. There are free parking spaces at the site. There is also a free transport to the beach but we didn't have the chance to try it.
Overall we were satisfied.

We had to find accommodation for 1 night in Burgas, because our flight got delayed. This was a hotel very close to the airport and provided the much needed comfort so we can start our vacation well rested the next day. The rooms were very spacious and with luxury finishes, which was an extremely pleasant surprise. The staff accommodated a very late check in as well!
The host was very friendly and supportive even with late night arrival due to flight delay. The beach is very close (200-300 meters) with a very nice beachfront

It’s our third time to Villa Promenade. It’s the perfect location, modern and exceptionally clean. The rooms are generous in size and the little extras in the mini bar are a nice touch.
The hosts were amazing people, they provided everything we needed and beyond. Great location, easy parking, beachfront, green park, restaurants, swimming pools near by, everything we need for family vacation was there. We loved it!

Picturesque location in the middle of the forest not far from the beach. The hotel and villas design is modern and matches the surroundings perfectly. The food was really good and the beach bar was good too.
