The place is brand new, with nice wooden houses which still smell like wood. They are well equipped, with new furniture. The houses near some old bungalows. It's probably not yet suitable for small children to be left to play and run around, but the owner shared that his idea is to be even more kids friendly. There are free parking spaces at the site. There is also a free transport to the beach but we didn't have the chance to try it. Overall we were satisfied.

This property is a gem in the heart of Sozopol! Yordan was our host throughout our stay in the villa , and he is one of the nicest hosts we've ever met. And we do travel a lot. Communication was a breeze, and everything we expected and requested was greeted with a smile. The villa had everything you'd possibly need for extended stays with large family, and we felt like we're home at all times. It was sparkling clean. The views from the balconies were amazing- so great to have a cup of fresh espresso in the morning and enjoy the sunrise over Black Sea! Sozopol beaches are walking distance from the villa, and with the provided parking spots we did not have to drive at all. We had great time exploring the Old Sozopol by foot, and have dinner at nearby restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay here, and recommend this property to anyone who wants to enjoy fully their vacation!

Fantastic location to explore Sozopol, plenty of space for our family of 4. fans and screened in windows were a huge plus. Were able to put together simple breakfasts in the kitchenette. Very helpful and friendly host.

House was nicely renovated and comfortable, with very good aircon. Bathrooms are quite small, but very clean and everything worked. Laundry facilities and the balcony clothesline were very handy. The location was unbeatable - literally the first house in the first street in from the harbour side, at the "plaza" area where the central boulevard that leads into Sozopol Old Town finishes and the narrow, winding streets of shops and houses begin. It was adjacent to the Archeological Museum, the amphitheatre, restaurants and the church and ruins. The International Youth Folklore (dance/singing) competition was on most nights in the amphitheatre, but noise was never a problem inside the house. Central Beach is about 50 metres away and the house is opposite the main access point.

Very nice and cozy place. We were happy to have this family experience: The bedroom was very clean and cozy. There is no A/C but the evenings were fresh and it was very comfortable to sleep. The bathroom is large and clean. The kitchen and living room are very comfortable and have everything essential: glasses, silverware, a pan, a stove, coffee maker. The location is also nice, 7 min walk from the beach, just across the street is camping Gradina where you can find restaurants, mini market and everything you need. The staff is very helpful and reply to all our questions.
