Beautiful town and great location for exploring North-East Belgium and the border areas with Holland and Germany. We took a day trip dfown to the Spa F1 racetrack and another across to the German city of Aachen. The house itself is beautifully kept and has all the facilities we could have wished for - dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, air-con and evena coffee-pod machine! We visited as a family of 5, with the kids sleeping in the big loft room.

Minimal aesthetic, cozy beds and couches, a relaxing bathroom and a fully equiped kitchen...right in the center of Mechelen, there is a parking across the street, which was safe and with a normal price.
