Luxury business hotel, good clean rooms, great facilities. The bar and roof top grill restaurant was very good and the food was excellent. The staff were great. Location is very convenient near the international airport.
The place is good for hanging out with friends and staying over, you will get the full villa for the stay. Swimming pool area is good and they have a beautiful space for BBQ

Room not what I booked. Categorically stated luxury family bed , 2 beds in a room and lake view . When we arrived we were given a room at the other side of building and NO lake view what we paid for.Jatra man said we didn’t have twin bedded room with lake view and had heated discussion. You all blaming each other. We are not ever going to stay in Jatra hotel chains of hotel. Booking.Com gave false info on line .
Staff are slow to react for a luxury hotel. Dissapointed especially after staying in Sayeman resort and seeing the stellar facilities and staff they have.
