Good dialogue with the host. They helped us out with shopping of groceries on the first day before we got our rental car, and was also flexible on the check out which was perfect as we had a late flight home.

The Villa was Perfect, the bedrooms had air con, built in wardrobes, the beds were so comfortable with great bed linen, each room had a really great beach bag and beach towel in. A real homey feeling,and sitting on the porch having early morning coffee was the best way to start the day. The front door had a lock combination which was excellent as we did not have to worry about keys. We felt super safe inside the villa, and whole surrounding area. 5 minutes from the Dover beach, and 3 minutes our favorite restaurant The St Lawrence at the end of the road just 3 minutes away. The ownere of the villa Simon is super nice and helpful, the cleaner did a great job keeping the villa clean, and the host Uvette was so friendly and helpful. We met some lovely neighbours and there was even a little barbers where my dad had a hair cut. We absolutely loved out stay at the Villa in Paradise Village we met some lovely friends and would most definitely with out doubt be staying there when we go back. Cant wait.

This is such a lovely place to stay. Nicole is a fantastic host and was always ready to help with anything. The house is a very comfortable traditional Bajan home with a good kitchen, comfy beds, good shower and all you need. The neighbourhood is quiet, safe and friendly although there are a few chickens so ear plugs are a good idea if that would bother you.
The location is excellent for a 10 minute walk to the beach (Bats Rock - which is a fantastic natural beach with palm trees and safe swimming), easy walking to supermarket, restaurants and bars.
We stayed for a week and would happily go back.
There is also ample parking and easy road access to the rest of the island.
Sat Nav can be a bit tricky, but searching ‘Prospect Close, Saint James, Barbados’ on Google maps is correct. The close is off Crusher Site Road, which is well known. The what3words is ///straying.ember.turns.

The views are incredible from the swimming pool. We even had a troop of Monkeys come and visit on the first day. Lots of room in the villa to have your own space or time as a family. The outdoor seating areas are fantastic for sunbathing or Relaxing away from the heat.
The Staff (with the eception of few) is generally nice and cooperative.The hotel is located on a nice beachfront and family friendly location.No parking issues at all.
Especially one lady at the reception/front desk who helped me sort out the Rental car matters (Shanise..i think) and one of the two Concierge (sorry i am not good at remembering the names) were exceptionally cooperative. Housekeeping too were a good mix.
Hotel swimming pool and gym were also kept clean.
It has the best location, close to everything. The beachfront location is unbeatable. The place has everything we need for a reasonable price. The host, Anderson, is very responsive and helpful.
The villa exceeded our expectations and the photos online don’t do it enough justice, not only with all of the facilities available but also with the and the picture postcard views of the beach and sea.
JP, who owns the villa, and the staff, were extremely accommodating and helpful with any requests and questions that we had and we definitely recommend getting Shelley to cook for you!
The owner John, went above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable stay. He even offered to drive me to the airport at 1.30am himself when i couldn't get through the company I booked my transfer with (they eventually answered). This was most appreciated! Be aware that this is a budget option so don't expect luxury, but its great considering the cost!
