The host made it really easy to enter with good quality instructions for everything in advance including the Wifi, the kitchen was very well stocked with condiments and salt and pepper + herbs for cooking which a traveler really appreciates. Very comfortable aircon and great beds completed the wonderful experience, and the bathrooms had everything you might possibly need provided.

Spacious, quiet, well appointed Villas. The outdoor facilities suited our large family very well. The ease od access and good parking was an extra bonus. Value for money.
We enjoyed the room we've stayed previously and the staff are very friendly and helpful good swimming spot for the kids and villas are better to stay in there with them
We really enjoyed our time here coming down from Sydney for fathers day we will be back again and would to try out the villas due to us having 2 younger babies we will need more room the staff were very helpful my 4 year old kicked my partners coffee over and I went to replace it they didn't charge me for it which was very appreciated
Sundown Villas were located close to our family and therefore very convenient. The villa was very well priced. We didn't need to use the cooking facilities, but they are quite limited. Electric blanket was greatly appreciated in the middle of winter in Canberra, as were the heaters. The unit had been freshly painted and was clean and bright.
Very comfortable modern villas. Really well equipped park with pool and water play areas, playground and sports courts. Having a restaurant onsite was also fantastic
