Great area, accessibility, privacy. And above all, excellently designed rooms for a larger group (family). Custom-made furniture and a fully equipped kitchen. A large terrace with a grill is available for . A lot of work and I really understand why a deposit is required here. A very homely stay from the first minute. The hosts are wonderful and made us feel very welcome. Excellent location - close enough to easily walk into the centre of Maria Alm, and also happily on the village edge with glorious views.

Excellent location in little Maria Alm. The restaurant next door was very good, we ate there several times. Short walk to the center of the village. We used our Hochkönig Card for free cable car and ski lift rides. The staff (Maria) was very helpful and friendly.
Amazing hotel, beautiful luxury interiors, spectacular spa which was the perfect end to each day after skiing, incredible extensive breakfast, friendly happy staff who couldn’t do enough to make your stay comfortable and stress free. The location of the hotel is perfect for using all the local ski lifts, ski shop/hire, restaurants and bus access to other ski areas nearby. It was a truly magical stay in an authentic Austrian village with stunning scenery, rivers lakes and waterfall walks if you want a break from skiing.
Full villa and it clean and the kitchen is Fully supplied it has 2 toilets and 2 shawer all this is nothing compared to her being a great host and helps us in every way Possible

Spotless clean, lovely apartment, with a very well equipped kitchenette. The hosts are very welcoming and helpful. We received Hochkonig Card which gave us free access to many local services, eg. mountain railway, outdoor swimming pool, and many others which didn`t have time to use. The village is lovely, surrounded by beautiful mountains. Great place for holiday.
