Marvellous place! Beautifully located on a southern slope high enough above the main road that when you take afternoon coffee in the sun you never hear a car passing. Perfectly furnished kitchen with all appliances, big fridge and all the utensils you could imagine. The spring water in the tap is a particular revelation. It is simply delicious and much better than any mineral water available on the market. The location is close to many entrances to Konigstour, a wonderful six-mountain back-and-forth trail. It is also relatively close to the huge Leogang/Saalbach/Hinterglemm ski paradise. Kitzsteinhorn Glacier is also within reach by car.
All in all, it is no doubt one of the best places I have stayed in during my 25 years of skiing in Austria.

Excellent location in little Maria Alm. The restaurant next door was very good, we ate there several times. Short walk to the center of the village. We used our Hochkönig Card for free cable car and ski lift rides. The staff (Maria) was very helpful and friendly.
Amazing hotel, beautiful luxury interiors, spectacular spa which was the perfect end to each day after skiing, incredible extensive breakfast, friendly happy staff who couldn’t do enough to make your stay comfortable and stress free. The location of the hotel is perfect for using all the local ski lifts, ski shop/hire, restaurants and bus access to other ski areas nearby. It was a truly magical stay in an authentic Austrian village with stunning scenery, rivers lakes and waterfall walks if you want a break from skiing.
Full villa and it clean and the kitchen is Fully supplied it has 2 toilets and 2 shawer all this is nothing compared to her being a great host and helps us in every way Possible

Spotless clean, lovely apartment, with a very well equipped kitchenette. The hosts are very welcoming and helpful. We received Hochkonig Card which gave us free access to many local services, eg. mountain railway, outdoor swimming pool, and many others which didn`t have time to use. The village is lovely, surrounded by beautiful mountains. Great place for holiday.
