The owner was very pleasant and communicative, nothing was a problem. The accommodation was perfect and exceeded our expectations, both in size and comfort. I must also praise the early morning snow cleaning and gritting of the road to the cottage by road maintenance when snow fell at night. I definitely recommend the accommodation, for the price 10/10

Great location! There is an awesome view of the Glockner mountain from the house. Wonderful alpine-style house with great ambiance and all amenities. Very comfortable and memorable stay. There is so much to experience and do around this area. I highly recommend this place for families. The host was super warm and friendly.

Beautiful apartment. Very friendly host who is easily approachable. The apartment has everything you need to ensure a stay without worries. Heiligenblut is a small but cozy village with friendly people who welcome tourists. Furthermore it is the perfect location for performing hikes, with endless possibilities regarding the intensity. 10/10 would visit again!

Lovely start to our stay in Heiligenblut, Austria and the Grosslockner area. Lovely breakfast, very helpful staff and nice accommodation and just a short walk to the amazing church in the village. I would recommend this location and area especially ion you want see and drive the Grosslockner high alpine road etc.

Great two bedroom apartment with large bathroom! We enjoyed it in May, but it would be a great ski vacation spot. Located just above center village with all restaurants and shops in easy walking distance. Nice view of mountains and church steeple. Smart TV a fun bonus for us. Hosts were wonderful, and the breakfast spread A+. Would absolutely stay there again.

Our stay at Hotel Kaiservilla was exceptional. The spacious room with a balcony offered breathtaking views, and the breakfast was unparalleled in richness and variety. The cozy spa, complete with two saunas and a relaxing resting room, provided the perfect post-skiing relaxation. While the ski slope was a bit of a walk away, it was still within walking distance, and the helpful and friendly staff made our stay truly memorable.
Perfect location for skiers, just in front of the cable car station which takes you to the altitude of 2600 m, so you can ski on the fresh powder even in March. Hotel is furnished in a cozy village style. Sauna and swimming pool included in the price. Nice food.
