The location is excellent. The weather was very pleasant -- 23-25C in July! We didn't need air conditioning. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They helped us wash our clothes, set up TV, get a car for our ride back, etc.

Verny nice communication with the host. The house is right in the woods, you are surrounded by magnificent Armenian nature. There is a grill that you can use and the house is very well equipped in general. Five of us were very comfortable in this house, but it could easily host 2-3 more people.

The Writers House is an extraordinary place and extraordinary architecture. Its not a luxurious hotel, but a basic accomodation with great bonuses: the building in style of Soviet modernism, breathtaking views from both the rooms and the dining room, own path to the monastery and last but not least the lovely and helpful staff. We absolutely loved it. The location, the view, the superior room feels like a villa with amazing sea view. The restaurant's food and service was excellent. I loved there Jam! The guy at reception was so helpful and welcoming despite the language barrier. He used Google translate all the time and it worked perfectly! Would come again ! The location is just magnificent.
This boutique hotel has a beatiful luxury style, with all details thought through. It is very well organised, very warm, with marble floors with heating. It is very clean. The owners are very kind and welcoming. We were offered complementary tea with bakery when we were leaving.
There is a secured parking and the location is quiet, off the main street but is very close to great restaurants in the centre. Our kids loved the golden panter, the garden and of course, the pool.
The site of the villa is beautiful and overlooks the lake, and the services are very good, the staff is very friendly, and especially the manager of the site was a very nice, friendly and helpful lady, so I recommend visiting this site.

A new family house on the edge of a village, surrounded by cows, sheeps and chickens. And geese. Let everyone decide for themselves whether this is an advantage or a disadvantage. We liked it.
The house isn't quite finished yet, which was scary at first, but the guest rooms upstairs are completely finished.

Rosa is a super host and her house is one of the loveliest in Armenia! The garden is beautiful and from our room we had Sevan lake view! Rosa's home made ricotta at breakfast was the most delicious ever! We shared the common space upstairs with two other rooms and enjoyed to drink tea together. The village is small and quiet. Ideal if you want a few days of rest away from the summer crowds :)
