Quiet street within 5 minutes walk to the city center and shops. Very spacious house and a big terrace with a terrific view. It is an old apartment with vintage furniture, it could enjoy some renovation but the property page gives a good representation of what to expect, it is clean and the price is fair. The bed and pillows were very comfy. The hostess was very caring and helpful. Upon leaving, we could leave our luggage at the property until the evening.

A cozy castle in a very nice location. We really loved the garden and especially the view. This house is very comfortable, even in winter (floor-heating!), especially the seating corner with cushions along the windows, we spent most of our time sitting there! There's also a huge fireplace which we enjoyed a lot. Most of the beds were really good, only one single needs a new mattress. But I have slept better than in most unfamiliar beds. The sheets and pillows were perfect. The windows have bug screens (yay!) One our last day we had snow, added bonus for sure. The hosts were very helpful and attentive to try and resolve some of the smaller issues we ran into. Overall I highly recommend this place.

The place was epic. It sits on a hill with a killer view of the town and mountains, surrounded by Dilijanian deep green woods. Exceptional architecture, modern and thought through in every little detail, completely unexpected in such a rural area. The hotel is more like a small fairytale town inside the real town, with its own gardens, stone towers, and fire pits.
The gym & spa area were still under construction when we visited, but the pool was accessible and gorgeous. When the construction is over, it will be a whole spa village!
What an amazing place - if you’re in Gosh, stay here! Even if you don’t have plans to visit Gosh, it’s worth it to come out here and enjoy the beauty of the region and simple village life. The owner is very passionate about this place and making people feel at home. The staff is friendly, restaurant is delicious, and there are so many cool spots around the property to just relax.
Serop and his staff were very hospitable and plied us with excellent local wine on arrival and tried hard to be perfect hosts.The room was very comfortable and the whole facility is nearly new and well designed. Particularly suitable for families and has playgrounds and mountain bikes etc for guests. Walking distance to the village of Gosh.

These are very nice and clean villas, which are located right next to the river and the forest. It is a fabulous place for family vacation. The staff always took care of the cleanliness of the rooms and the area. The villas were equipped with everything needed.

when you rent such kind of villas you are expecting to get some level of comfort and privacy. Unfortunately, during our the period of our stay the owners disturbed our rest - eg cleaned the site, opened the house and dried things etc. When we later mentioned this to owner, we received a rude reply... In general, a great place to relax if you can ignore external factors.
I recommend, but something needs to be done with privacy
The villas are spacious, clean and the heating works well. The kitchen facilities are great too. The property doesn’t offer its own breakfast but the adjoining property, Dilijazz does offer an excellent breakfast at 5000 Drams. As the properties share their boundary, you do not feel you’re stepping out.
