An incredible location. Absolutely magnificent, stunning view.
The territory is very well maintained, you can feel that the owner loves and care about this home.
The house is spacious and nice. Some antique furniture, beautiful paintings by local painters, but at the same time a lot of beds and place to sit outside.
The internet is decent, that was one of my main concerns.
The village around is serene and quiet. There is a decent shop nearby, next to a gorgeous cathedral that is more than millennia old.
The owner is really pleasant and helped us with every our request.

It's really nice here with all the cottage renovations and upgrades. They now have 2 beautiful bathrooms downstairs. They are very clean and beautifully decorated. They also now have 2 new aircon units. The beds have new sheets and they are super comfortable to sleep in. They fixed up the kitchen to be fully working. They have all new windows and window screens. The fiber internet was fast and reliable. The owners invested a lot of money into the property and it shows. The outside garden was beautiful with nice lights at night. The atmosphere was quite magical. The host, as always, was super friendly and caring, and gave us fruits several times to snack on. She also gave me a few gifts at checkout, as well as give the girls some beautiful flowers from the garden to take home.
We also had some special requests, some of which seemed a bit too much to ask for, but we were desperate. We added a few visitors for the day and the host had no problem at all accepting our inquiry.
I think it's time to raise your prices, because this is a STEAL at the current listed prices for a room there. This wasn't our first stay here, but it was by far the best stay after so many enhancements were made to the property. You will see us again, and I wish you well.

Absolutely loved our stay at this wonderful location! The house was incredibly spacious, with plenty of rooms to comfortably accommodate our group. The yard was a fantastic bonus, providing a perfect space to relax and enjoy the outdoors. We also appreciated having access to the garage, which made parking so convenient. The location couldn't have been better – centrally located with easy access to all the local attractions and amenities. The hosts were friendly and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a great stay. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient home away from home!

The location is great especially if you plan to visit Aragats mountain and/or Kari lake. It was easy to find, plenty of parking space.
The view is spectacular and there are hammocks available to relax.
Our booked room had some issues with hot water, so we were offered a two-bedroom "villa" property (with separate entrance) for the same price.
Nice modern house and rooms, big common bathroom. Breakfast was amazing. We were easily able to hitchhike from the village to Lake Kari (Mount Aragats)
