My friends and I stayed here a week prior to our second arrival. We ended up returning since other hotels did not maintain the same standards of hospitality, comfort, cleanliness and amazing food. The staff is delightfully friendly and courteous and always greet you with a smile. It is clear from the moment of check-in that they are customer service driven and are happy to go above and beyond for their guests. The beach lounge chairs/beds were more luxe than other resorts and the beach was not overcrowded. Music and beach bar had great drinks and a lovely atmosphere. The restaurant on the premises offers delicious and tasty food and a menu that caters to everyone.
The most impressive part of the entire stay is that I forgot my purse with all my travel docs and belongings by the bar in early afternoon. I went back to the cabin and had several work meetings before I realized it was missing. Upon returning, the bartender/waiter did not remove it from the table and all contents still inside. It says so much about the people who work there but also the guests who stay there.
Lastly, Havana House is located towards the end of the strip. 5 mins from the crowds and live music but far enough to find tranquility and less street traffic.
We plan on returning next year.

The kitchen was really well equipped, much better than any other place we tried before in the vicinity. The internet was fast and stable, the TV could handle YouTube, the aircon worked well and there was always enough hot water (even for a family of 5).

The owners of the accommodation were very kind and hospitable, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The food was excellent, and the views of the landscape were stunning. The place was peaceful and not crowded, providing a perfect retreat.
This was our second visit. We stayed a couple of years ago. Location is on a hill just outside a village. Super view and setting. Quiet and enjoyable. Food was a set menu where you choose the type of meat. Wine was great.
The place belongs to a very nice family, it is located in a small village with a lovely yard more than suitable for a dozen motorcycles and probably triple than that bicycles. The hosts were more then lovely people, offered me fresh home grown chestnuts and herbal tea without any expectations for additional charge. It is close to the beach (probably some 500 meters) but I didn't had the time to visit it.
Our five days stay at the apartment in the village was perfect for our family. The apartment was spacious, the people were very kind and the balcony added a nice touch.
Being only 15 munutes aways from beach was a definite plus. Overall, a great experience for a family getaway.
