We were pleasantly surprised by how wonderful this villa was. The pictures looked stunning when booking, but in reality, it was far better than we expected. The outside pool area and views were breathtaking, inside was clean, spacious, it had a modern interior and very comfortable.
We will definitely be returning to this villa. Thank you for an amazing stay.

This large, clean and well appointed condominium was great. My wife and I stayed for a week, and enjoyed the space, the free & ample parking, fast WiFi, the cooking facilities, large new fridge, spacious bathroom, plenty of hot water, and comfortable beds. The area of Golem is quieter than its busy neighbor, (Durres) especially in mid October, but there are still some restaurants open, good currency exchange facilities, and lots of good size and well stocked supermarkets. For a peaceful and very comfortable holiday by the seaside at an extremely fair price Jürgen's house (condo) is hard to beat. Thank you Jurgen, your communications before and during our stay were extremely helpful, we do hope to stay with you again in the future.

We had a great time at the Bungalow's. The houses are new and clean. There's AC (not in every room but it still works good) The owner is responsive - especially thru texts :)
The Bungalow's are 5 min on foot from the nearest beach and you can get to the nearest city on foot as well.
There's no problem getting new towels and other necessities during our stay.

The apartment is exactly as in the photos. It is spacious and very close to the beach, 4-5min walk. It is very well equipped: drying rack with cloth clips, blanket for colder nights, hair dryer, always hot water even in the kitchen, lots of kitchen appliances, dishes, cutlery, pan and pots, excellent internet connection.
